The family room on the top floor was lovely and spacious, with tasteful decorations and ample tea and coffee supplies. Dinner from the two-course set menu was a highlight, particularly the chicken and haggis in peppered sauce, which was truly amazing. the room location might be challenging for those with mobility issues, and it would be better to have more varied breakfast options. While parking was limited, finding a spot was manageable during my stay.

Just a commendable fit for a short interlude in Peebles with outstanding value for money. The cooked breakfast was nice, served on very hot plates, which I appreciated. Avoid parking in the rear lot. it’s a tight squeeze and tricky to navigate.

Had an awesome stay! The staff were super friendly and the food was just delicious, especially the steak pie. So good! Our room was spacious and comfy, but it could’ve used a little more soundproofing since we heard outside noise. The bar area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day.

The family room was really spacious for 4 of us and our dog. Beds were super comfy and clean, which is always a plus! It got a bit hot, but the staff were awesome and brought me a fan from the kitchen. Loved the ice cream they served us, too, that biscoff flavor was to die for! enjoyed our stay really!
